Hey everyone,
after a bit of a mix-up, the IRC channel is officially registered per Adding a new IRC channel policies.
Connect to irc.freenode.net and join #drupal-balkan.
There are also web-based logs from the channel for folks who don't hang around on IRC 24/7. :)
