We are looking for a CTO that will join the team and help lead BeeInPlay’s effort to become a game-changer in the health and fitness industry. At BeeInPlay, we are driven to provide a product that fulfills customer needs as opposed to what we think their needs are. As customer needs change, so will our product. Therefore, we need a CTO that will help facilitate the product improvements in the best way possible. We are looking for a person that can grow alongside our company and lead a growing team of developers in the near future. More importantly, we are looking for a person who shares our vision and is willing to learn as well as teach others. As CTO you will work closely with the rest of management to grow BeeInPlay as well as:
• Provide clear technological expertise, vision, and strategy to the company.
• Build and oversee improvements/changes to the current BeeInPlay web platform.
• Keep up with the latest technological market trends and implement them if deemed necessary in order to maintain a competitive advantage
• Conceptualizing and suggesting new ideas for improvements to the company
• Help hire new employees to the technology team when necessary.
• Drive the BeeInPlay technology to be the best it can possibly be.
