Drupal Consultant | Joseph White

We have a client that wants a redesign of their current Drupal-based web site. We need technical assistance as we are not familiar with Drupal, but have a pretty solid understanding of HTML and CSS. This job does require occassional onsite meetings, so the selected vendor MUST be located in the immediate St. Louis area in order to work with our design and content team. We want to select a robust, available theme, provide the consultant with design/artwork elements, and text content. The consultant would handle set-up and implementation.
