Dear Drupal experts,

We are a group of concerned individuals, that seek to help the worlds tribal peoples. We work to protect their human rights, environments and cultures. In Germany we are registered as an e. V. organisation (not-for-profit). See: www.naturvoelker.org but our interCultural site: www.fPcN-global.org is where we need to help. A volunteer, offering to upgrade from 4.7 to 5.5 got in to a real mess and was unable to complete the task in anything like a reasonable time, leaving us off line and with a disabled site for months.

Since then, I have taken back over the site and, relocated to my own server and upgraded now to the latest version 6.13. But even after many weeks of trying I am still unable to fix 2 problems.

===================================================================
problem 1) with the Taxonomy. Which causes the example errors below. At first it was thought to be memory shortage and various methods of increasing that memory have been tried, but all have failed to repair this problem, even though, it is now at: M256, see: https://web5.568.estugo.de/drupal/phpinfo.php
I believe I have identified the DB table: term_data to be, at lest one of the reasons for the memory appearing to be not enough, because when I empty this table, the parts of the site that don't work, complaining of memory shortages, like those below, work again.

problem 2) is with the images and files, that stopped showing in the last installation, after the ISP changed something, because the site was using to much resources, as the memory was increased to try and see if it could fix the above problem. Since then, and even after relocating to a new server and upgrading with a fresh installation, I am still un-able to understand why the old images and files do not show, but if I add new files they do show correctly. It becomes more curious with the template logo images, as none show, even if using the bluemarine template, which I do for the admin!

The image URLs, in the files DB table, I first found , were wrong and so I corrected them all, but it still seems to not have made the old images, from the previous installation show.

I have too checked the variable table and seen the file_directory_path is too, correct!

As a purely volunteer organisation our ability to pay top money for these repairs is limited to what donations we have received and the financial contributions our volunteers are able to put in. So we would welcome offers, from kind hearted souls, that care about people and the planet and are not only driven by money. That said though, we do not expect, (but hope) this can be done cheaply even voluntarily. Therefopre, we would be willing to consider all offers and in return give all we can, back.

FRIENDS OF PEOPLES CLOSE TO NATURE ~ INTERCULTURAL
https://www.fPcN-global.org - http://www.naturvoelker.org
The Forum for 'friends of Peoples close to Nature' is a movement of groups and individuals, concerned with the survival of Tribal peoples and their culture, in particular hunter-gatherers. These were the first and are the last societies on earth to have a non-exploitative relationship with the natural word. Our task is to help them preserve their unique cultures from enforced assimilation, alien religions, the ideologies of 'progress' and 'growth' and absorption into the global economy.
