I am almost ready to launch a charity Web site built in Drupal 7 using an Omega HTML5 theme. It has 2 custom modules and needs some more functional additions/changes plus some theming/design work (needs a creative solution, not just someone who can code in CSS). I have the requirements document ready and need a turn around within 3 weeks (the site has to launch at the end of August). The document is many pages, but based on the development to date (I'm not a developer), it isn't so much work - the custom modules and custom coding is mostly complete.
I am happy to separate out the design from the development to get the best of both. Please provide sample work and once I've created a short-list, I would be happy to send the requirements document out for a more detailed price quote.
