We have an immediate need for a Drupal Developer for a full-time 12 month contract position with a client in Reston, VA. The position is on-site however there may be an opportunity for remote work. You will build backend and front end solutions in Drupal, you need to be an expert in PHP 5.3 and Drupal 6 and 7 with significant knowledge of HTML 4 and 5, CSS 2 and 3, Javascript and jQuery. Experience with large enterprise software projects, from conception to delivery to testing. Will interact closely with project management and UI developers to shape project requirements and guide projects through completion. Build, test, deploy and maintain PHP code for web pages and applications. Build, test, deploy and maintain Drupal websites. Plan, create, test, deploy and maintain MySQL databases. Experience with XML and JSON Experience building custom Drupal modules.
