Paulson and Associates is looking for a Drupal themer for ongoing work. We have several award winning sites, a strong programming team but no one doing front-end graphics. You will be collaborating with our onsite team for weekly deliverables.
Requirements:
. Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with 2 years of Drupal experience (samples of applications that you have worked on are required)
. Excellent knowledge in writing standards based, HTML 5 and CSS.
. Experience with standard design docs like wireframes, flow diagrams, content inventory, mockups
. Knowledge of Javascript/JQuery/Ajax
. Experience slicing assets from PSDs and producing compliant Drupal themes.
. Familiarity with Browser quirks, cross-browser testing, alternate stylesheets.

Desirable:
. Good communications skills
. BA/BS degree
. Experience working with version control systems (SVN)
. Familiarity with PHP programming language or similar programming language is required
. Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
