岗位职责 position responsibility
（岗位职责包括但不限于以下描述）：
1）分析客户和公司内其他业务部门的项目需求，与项目经理配合开发网站整个的软硬件系统架构；
analisys projects needs with client and company department, work with PM to develop the structure of whole site.
2）负责关键技术问题的紧急技术支持；
take charge of key technical issue and emergency technical support;
3）负责优化软件及软件编程及书写软件文档；
optimize software and write software's files;
4）能跟踪WEB新技术的发展，并不定期组织Drupal技术培训，以提升初级程序员的开发能力。
track web new technical development, do drupal traning nonscheduled, to promote the capability of junior programmer.

岗位要求：position requirement
1) 计算机等相关专业，全日制学校本科以上学历，英语CET-4级；
bachelor, majored in computer, CET-4;
2) 至少3年LAMP开发经验;
at least 3 years LAMP develop experiences;
3) 精通Drupal 开发；
proficient at Drupal;
4) 熟悉PHP 4或5/HTML/Javascript/Div+CSS/Ajax及MySQL的数据库设计，管理及优化；
fimilar with PHP4 or 5/html/javascript/div+css/ajax/mysql;
5) 善于分析问题和独立解决问题，出色的沟通能力，协调能力及敬业精神。
be good at analysis skill and solve problem, excellent communication skill, cordination and team work spirit.

注： 此岗位只接受已在上海居住的候选人。
