Well thought I'd contribute to today's entry :). Currently working on Drupal Savvy, a dedicated Drupal careers site. We have the core version up and running under closed Beta (currently only inviting UK Drupalers and employers before we open it up).
Initially it will be mainly to connect service providers / freelancers to people looking for them, and for job posts (job posts will be a paid-for service). However, eventually we plan to turn this into a complete 'career' site that will guide people towards discovering, learning, internships, getting work, mentoring and giving back to the community. We also want it to allow people to build very useful and informative profiles.
