Description and Obligation:
Small but growing real estate franchise seeking an individual who is well spoken, great with computers, and knowledgeable about social networking. This is a full time position in our Concord, California office.
The Technology Implementation Supervisor will lead a small team and manage our Central Technology Support Center (CTSC). The CTSC supports real estate agents via maintaining a virtual office, customized websites and creating marketing material.
This position requires experience of the following:
Drupal, HTML, CSS, SEO, Social Networking, creating Internet leads,

Experience in the real estate industry a plus.
The Drupal Programmer will work under the direct supervision of the President.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Be accountable to and report only to the company President and its shareholders.
• Develops project plans and manages the implementation within budget and timeline.
• Streamline real estate agents day-to-day, as well as long term, industry related activities.
• Continuous evolution of the virtual office and company software.
• Manage and update company website(s) information, including updates to search engine optimization (SEO) features on an as-needed basis.
• Implement and manage company Internet marketing campaigns.
• Delivers technology training on an as-needed basis.
• Serves as a consultant/advisor to company agents using company and industry technology.
• Be a liaison for any technology related items.
• Be the lead manager of the technology call center.
