Equiem is an exciting digital marketing company that is backed by an Australian
giant, Equiset. Our leading-edge niche product delivers a unique web platform
which allows a hyper-localised digital community to grow around a building or
precinct. Our product is strongly focused on e-commerce, communication and
logistics between a steadily growing group of stakeholders, service providers
and end-users.
The software is in production with a regular release cycle. We are a small team
and work closely with the main stakeholders. The software has been successfully
launched at several physical locations and looks forward to a bright future of
growth which requires a rock-solid, dedicated staff to maintain it.
The role requires a keen collaborator who can take initiative when necessary.
We are looking for a developer experienced with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL.
Good spoken and written English skills are required.
Linux server management skills are desirable.
You should be familiar with the following systems:
- Git or other distributed source control system.
- Administering and deploying to Ubuntu systems.
- Aegir
- Github & Gitolite
- eCommerce, security, payment gateways
- MySQL
- PHP
- Nginx
- Memcache
- Integration with & extending Drupal (fields, views, hooks, FAPI, etc...)
