Almost done! Seeking Drupal developer to finish CLassified site, long term... | Netco
Hello,
We are looking for a qualified Drupal programmer / designer to finish our classified site for early October. The site is close to completion with polishing, some additions, and a few more pages to be created although these can be done post launch.
The skills required are CSS and HTML, PHP, jquery, drupal templating and module api's including gmaps.
INVOLVEMENT
The project is equity based and a long term commitment. We are seeking someone for continuos involvement, the ideal candidate will have the skills required and be involved in all five site's to be released. You or your team would be receiving the same 8% equity stake offered to the programmer that built the site from the ground up making this an attractive offer considering the work remaining to launch the first site. A contract will be signed off on and quarterly payment schedule for the first year of business that can be reevaluated. Post launch responsibilities include all site's maintenance and error fixing of bugs. Features rolled out ie: forums and stores for specific site's. Banner and promo material creation. The applicant will possess good communication skills and be willing to give up creative freedom as the site's direction is provided. All work remaining and future work will need to be completed based on tight and sometimes loose timelines, you should be able to predict accurately how long specific or multiple tasks will take to complete. The candidate must be one who can look to the future, if we are successful they may never have to take on another contract.

All rolled out strategically based on early income potential.
Parenttrade.ca in Canada and .co.nz in New Zealand are two niche site for parents to buy and sell kids stuff, find related business's, and community info in each major city across each country. An all inclusive parenting resource and virtually untapped market.
Usednewzealand.co.nz We also have all the used domains across the country. Usedwellington, auckland, christchurch.co.nz etc... in which the header will display when the user is in the location of choice within the usednz framework. A more generalized anything and everything site in all major NZ cities.
Sportjunkies.co.nz a niche outdoors/sports site much like the parenting site but for sports minded people in New Zealand. When living in the country we had an overwhelming response to this niche site. Kiwis are very outdoorsy and sports minded individuals. We are sure this site will take off!
Koots.ca is a small localized site within the kootenays of British Columbia canada. More focus will be towards the business directory and tourism.
All the above site's generate income in the same methods. Future income generators will include ebay style stores attaching inventory to merchants business showcases and numerous additional listing and feature options.

The software and clone will be for sale to clients looking to start a niche site in other countries. We have two clients waiting for the launch and testing period to commence. A clone will be provided and short support period.

Unpolished and not presentable... When viewing the pages please ignore the aesthietics. The end result will be refined with changes yet to be made. On the homepage the join now and free graphic of the homepage are only examples and not consistent with the design. Community column in the buy and sell won't be there and the buy and sell along with featured viewers below will be split into three columns. The viewer styles also will change slightly. An example of page changes to polish and refine for a clean presentable site...
GOALS
Our goal is to be live with parenttrade.ca cloned from koots.ca early october. Parenttrade.co.nz and the remaining NZ site's to be rolled out for the NZ summer shortly afterwards.
This project won't appeal to a developer without a long term vision or commitment. If you are right for the job and someone that we see ourselves working with long term we will also offer a small percentage of a buyout rewarding for any involvement that contributes to the business's success. Australian business's are constantly eyeing up successful online business's in NZ. We have done our research and are focused on selling one or more of our site's within a five year period. We understand that all successful site's started this way and all that were involved benefited in one way or another.
We believe there is someone out there that is ideally suited for this venture.
