I am setting up a blogging site for my wife to blog about books and life in general. I need some help in customizing the site but want to start out with just getting the header and footer. Then work our way toward the rest. I have attached a pdf example the layout of the site and my details below. If you are interested, please send me your hourly rate. thanks!

1. Expand Header colors.
   * Expand mustard color to full width
   * Expand brown bars to full width
2. Create new menu bar.
   * Mimic the design of www.developmentseed.org menu bar.
   * I am assuming that images will need to be created, in which I will need help in creating and or find.
3. Create book reviews.
   * Setup book reviews content type.
4. Page layout
   * Setup layout to house the 3 most recent blogs and or book reviews.
   * We can start out with blogs first as I still need to create the content type for the book reviews.
5. Add Comments section to page.
