This office is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Networking and Telecommunications Operations. Duties
The incumbent will be part of the DOC Web Solutions Team. As a member of DOC-Web Solutions team, the incumbent works with customers to define functional requirements and collaborates with the team to identify, design and implement secure web-based solutions which meet customer requirements. Dedication to customer service, attention to detail and thoroughness in analyses are key attributes possessed by the incumbent.
Qualifications
Specialized experience is defined as experience consulting with customers to identify or refine functional requirements and translating functional requirements into technical specifications; experience ensuring integration of all systems components (e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software and hardware); experience evaluating and providing recommendations on new technology and architecture; experience supporting customers to solve website and web browser issues; experience designing, developing, installing, implementing and maintaining Drupal 6 or Drupal 7 web applications; and experience troubleshooting HTML and CSS to solve website rendering issues.
