Work with team to create Drupal web applications Custom module development Manage and mentor junior developer teams Test, maintain and troubleshoot existing client sites Contribute ideas and efforts toward projects and work as part of a team to find solutions to various problems (i.e. development platforms, documentation, etc.)
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field Five years of full time Drupal programming experience (samples of enterprise-level applications are required) Independence, willingness to teach, and to learn, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges Ability to communicate and work well with others Ability to deliver on time and on budget
Some experience in Unix / Linux administration Experience integrating open source and third party applications into existing systems
Involvement in and contributions to the Drupal community Knowledge of version control with Git. Specifically, awareness of branching and merging, resolving merge conflicts, applying patches, creating patches, and working with multiple remote repositories in order to collaborate with others. Experience enhancing the performance of high-traffic sites Experience with AJAX or jQuery Experience with Agile development methodologies
This position starts at $250,000/year, and only goes up for the right individual with the right mix of hands-on development and leadership experience. Rates are VERY competitive and are based on education, experience and abilities. Full benefits including holiday, vacation, health insurance, 401k, etc., after 90 days
