WIth your solid experience in web development and web strategy you will be in charge of all things web for this exciting social business which is growing at an exponential rate.

We are a small team located in Melbournes very dynamic Chapel St Windsor.

You will be working as the sole developer/webmaster in-house but liaising and managing external contracted suppliers for SEO, hosting, development work and design. This is a key role in our organisation.

What you will be doing:
Scoping and development of new website functionality
Maintenance and bug fixes
Overseeing future strategy and direction of the organisations web presence
Staying ahead of the curve when it comes to web technologies
Gathering, monitoring and analysing website statistics
Engaging with 3rd party vendors (Webhost, Developers, SEO, Ad serving agency)

Skills:
At least three years experience using Drupal 6 (Drupal 7 an advantage as well)
Mastery of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery and Ajax
Thorough knowledge of HTML (incl. HTML5) and CSS (incl. CSS3)
Solid working knowledge of Drupal API and popular modules
Drupal module development and theming experience
Knowledge of and experience with responsive design / mobile development
Familiarity with version control tools; in particular git
SEO knowledge
Google Analytics experience
Google Webmaster Tools experience
Crystal clear communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a diverse team
Self-driven and self-organised
Ability to multitask and manage time and priorities effectively

Experience:
Demonstrable experience working on mid to large scale websites
Demonstrable experience turning ideas into web stuff
Demonstrable experience creating clean, scalable, flexible code / solutions

Bonus:
Experience in online publishing
Experience in the Not for Profit sector
Experience with paywall / subscription models
Web design / Graphic design skills
Mobile app development
CRM Integration
