We need someone who can collaborate effectively and deal directly with the client, someone who will provide advice and suggestions at design-time and who has experience with the agile development process and remote working.
Thorough knowledge and experience of extending Drupal and creating custom modules will be required, as will experience of using Drupal to deliver content via the rest api module.
