Web Developer (Drupal) - Digital Agency | Aquent (Melbourne, Australia)

A Digital Agency based in South Melbourne are seeking a HTML/CSS Web Developer with Drupal experience. The agency provide strategic interactive design and development services for a range of clients. Their a small growing team, and this role will be managing another Web Developer. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of; templating PhotoShop files, browser compatibility, web standards, SEO, and usability. Experience working with Drupal, Ajax, Flash and Javascript are also essential.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years Drupal experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Interact effectively with the planning and creative team to refine and understand the requirements

HTML/CSS Developer
- Ability to take designs from Photoshop and hand code into HTML/XHTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of W3C standards.
- A good understanding of SEO techniques.
- At least 2 years experience working with CMS templating systems - Drupal
- Basic understanding of PHP & MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- ActionScript 2 & 3 experience

Bonus Skills
- Experience with the integration of code into jsp
- Experience with Subversion (SVN)
- AJAX, Flash & Javascript/Javascript Frameworks, jQuery
- CVS experience
- Flex
