DrupalCamp London and Lullabot are pleased to offer an 'Introduction to Drupal for Developers' course on the first day of the DrupalCamp - 1st March 2013
The course is focused on people who are brand new to Drupal and covers:
An overview and background of the Drupal project
Basic terminology
How sites get built with Drupal (a demo site tour)
Finding your way around the community
Hands-on demonstration building a simple Drupal site, using Fields and Views
Plus plenty of Q&A time
There will be two primary trainers and a floating helper (Joe Shindelar, Kyle Hofmeyer and Addison Berry). The class size is capped at 40 attendees.

Free access to Drupalize.me for a limited period afterwards
Lunch and refreshments
Internet access
What you need to bring:
Laptop and power adapter
A local web server set up on your laptop (instructions sent in advance)
Basic knowledge of web development
Important notes
The exact start and finish time will be confirmed nearer the event date. A training ticket is separate than a Camp ticket (which starts the next day) or a Business day ticket (running in another part of the venue on the same day). You will still need a ticket for these separately.
