Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Drupal PHP Web Developer who can assist with building a Content Management program. The client has built one site so far, but they need to create design standards and reusable templates to help streamline future site builds. Candidates must be very technical but able to communicate effectively with designers, technical people and some customers.

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience and expertise in the following:
- Designed and developed Drupal plug in modules (so they would need PHP expertise)
- Took an organization from planning a site through build and implementation
- Has created standard templates and themes
- Has trained and mentored others
- Has developed and implemented Drupal design and development standards
- Has worked in a multi site environment
