Drupal Themer | Web At Ease

Web At Ease is a Charlotte based web development company with specific Drupal development needs. At this time, our main focus is identifying (relatively) local resources that have expertise in conversion of standard html/css to a custom Drupal theme. In the past we have had very little success on the interface design side when trying to build in Drupal from scratch, therefore we've reverted to having a designer build the site out to html / css, and attempting to convert that layout into a Drupal format.

This will take a little bit of practice to coordinate effectively between the original designer and the Drupal "themer" to ensure the layout is sized correctly for the right number of columns, etc. But we'd like to find an experienced Drupal developer that has:

• Sound design and interface experience
• General css experience
• Knowledge of optimal methods for laying out themes - to assist in designing the original layout effectively

Ultimately, we'd like to build a relationship for multiple projects in a very turnkey way - i/e x dollars per unique page layout. Until then, we have a single specific project we would like to begin with. The compensation for the project is negotiable. We'd prefer to learn as we go - how long a project like this may take, what the dependencies are that we can help shore up proactively, etc.
