Website Developer | Medical Cannabis Education

I'm creating a new company and website for Medical Cannabis Education. Our company and website will offer legal services to the 14 states that allow medical marijuana.

I'm a newbie to Drupal but not to website design. I'm a quick study but I need help setting up the modules and then someone to be part of the organization to maintain and tweak the site.

Overall, the website will offer paid and free content. Lot's of free content including the ability for legal cardholders in each state to place classified ads for finding a grower, caregiver, or patient. Also, there will be a classified section for people looking for seeds or clones to start their own medical garden. Access to these areas HAS to be limited to legal cardholders in any of the 14 states.

I'd like to use the classroom module and need quick help setting it up.

I live in NW Portland and would prefer a telecommuter consultant that has lots of pertinent experience and is local.
