This full-time position reports to the Project Manager and will plan and coordinate several complex, interrelated IT infrastructure projects. The IT Coordinator will also provide day-to-day technical support for the office.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support including basic hardware maintenance, Windows administration, and maintenance of the Drupal website, which will require daily interactions with the Executive Director, Project Manager, and Administrative and Clinical staff.

You will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining and updating several IT systems including the CiviCRM database, an open source, customized case management and contact management software, Drupal website, email and calendaring system, project management software, and hosted exchange server. You will also administer user privileges in various on-line platforms, including the case management database, collaborative project management software, calendars, and file sharing software.

Your responsibilities will also include managing several interrelated IT projects, for example, developing terms of reference, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and budgets.

Skills & Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated experience administrating Windows Vista, with MS 2007, and experience with project management, including developing project schedules. You must have knowledge of basic hardware maintenance, office LAN and networking; knowledge of Sutus and VPN would be an asset.

You will have demonstrated experience with Drupal installation/administration and an interest in agile methods of software development. Familiarity with CiviCRM or other constituent relationship management databases would be an asset in addition to experience with project management software, such as BaseCamp, dotProject, and MS Project.
