Module Creation/Customisation | Freelance Collaboration

Looking for a Drupal developer to collaborate on a new project:

Brief details:

• UK client has existing CMS site, but wishes to start from scratch on a new CMS site
• Site goals: to display news and info about mental health field, and to allow users to search database of mental health professionals in area by name or geographic location
• I will handle front end design, drupal install and administration, project management and content migration. I will subscontact the below to you (although no formal contract).

You are a freelancer/contractor. No agencies unless your prices are competitive with freelancers.

I need you to:

• Develop module(s) to
  • Allow healthcare professionals (a.k.a. members, currently about 700 in database) to log in as users and maintain their own info (name, address, phone, email, web, short description, etc)
  • Allow users above to have forgotten password emailed to them or reset password without admin intervention
  • Allow those users above to see content (news, etc) which is not accessible by un-authenticated users, i.e. password protected "member area"
  • Allow un-autenticated users (general public) to search the database of healthcare professionals by either name or location, city or post code (within certain distance of city or post code)
