Contract Dev. to Upgrade Theme/Site to 6.x from 5.x and Help with Host Transfer, Cheap | UW

We currently have a Drupal 5.x site that is working well. However, we need to move to a new web host and are looking to update it to work with Drupal 6.x, as well as make minor modifications to the theme itself.

We are looking for someone who can handle changing or recreating the theme to work seamlessly with future versions of Drupal as well as:
1) remove certain content areas
2) clean up and refine any previous theme issues you see
3) make suggestions on how we can make the theme/site more effective, etc.
4) make sure the site works in the new iteration as it currently does
5) make suggestions on which modules may need to be changed/updated, etc. if they don't have versions to work with 6

Please send samples of Drupal 6 sites you have done or worked on, or themes at least. You should have extensive experience with Drupal and with themes as well as setting up sites from scratch.

Before starting the job, you will need to give a specific timeline of milestones and when the project will be complete.
