Our projects range from retail & e-commerce sales, social networking platforms and community sites, and custom web applications to usability testing prototypes and complex API/web services based tools. We work with a wide variety of small, medium, and large businesses, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and large Fortune 500 enterprise customers.
We are looking for a hard-working, talented, energetic Drupal developer/themer to join our team and work on some exciting & challenging projects with our friendly, hip clients.
About the position:
- Setup and configure Drupal sites
- Develop unique and innovative custom modules
- Advanced Drupal theming
- Work within a team environment and contribute to fulfill personal and company goals
- Attend meetings with clients regularly, and provide updates to development teams
- Provide regular status reports of progress
Requirements:
- Proficient & experienced with:
- xHTML/CSS
- Javascript/AJAX/jQuery
- PHP
- MySQL
- Drupal API & theming
- Lamp stack
- Documenting / commenting your code is a must!
- Regular and proactive communication via email, IM, phone, and online project management systems
- Keep up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends and changes in the web development industry
- Contributing to open source projects
- Dependable to work flexible hours, strong work ethic with a positive attitude and proactive nature
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and change
- Solid sense of responsibility, initiative, problem solving, and follow through skills
- Ability to effectively organize, manage, and balance workload
- Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) online project management systems (Basecamp, Unfuddle, etc.)
- Preferably (but not required to be) located in the SF Bay Area.
