Trainer | Not ready yet

Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced Drupal trainer. We have programmers already using PHP but it looks like there's something we don't quite grasp yet about the Drupal oriented mind. We've been fumbling with it for a while now and we need a guide helping us see the light. French speaking would be required.
