Which Notebook to buy for travel
Hi,
Sorry if this is off topic, but I've noticed many Drupalers at our meetings with notebooks. I'm looking to buy a notebook to travel with, basically just to check email, add content to the site, etc.
1 or 2 USB ports would be great as well.
Do you perhaps have any suggestions? There seems to be such a large choice available.

I really like the Aspire 1
I really like the Aspire 1 Netbook. only about 3k and they are awesome :)
second that
Acer 1 netbook = king for small mobile communications.
Google just released chrome for Linux as well, so that is a second awesome browser for Ubuntu if you went that route.

Bought the Aspire One with external (waterproof) keyboard, wireless mouse and now ready to travel to the beach :)

drupal on the aspire one
have you all tried running drupal on the aspire one? if so, how did you build the stack? acquia-installer, wampserver, xampp, individual apps installed seperately? and have you found it responsive enough to work against?
