Developer / Module Maintainer | Drummer Connection

I am looking for a part time and possibly full time developer who is familiar with the Audio and Flashvideo modules as well as general drupal configurations. We want to create a media based website on http://www.drummerconnection.com but we have to make it extremely fool proof for our users. Easy uploads, easily categorize items, and etc.

We want to utilize drupal and enforce quotas on accounts. We also want to allow drummers to connect with other drummers in their areas (geographically by zip code).

We've got a dedicated server for this project. Full shell access and everything. We already have drupal installed and most of the modules working. We just want someone to extend these modules and tailor them to our needs.

We will make payments via PayPal and are willing to pay well for the work done. As well, this is going to be a recurring job, so please if you are interested in long-term recurring money, please inquire. This is not a one-shot deal, we want recurring business.
