It needs to be done pretty much now, as there's a big batch of director members who are coming to the end of their annual period.</p> <p>All members who are 'director member' or 'upgrade to director member', no matter what the period type, the payment system type or receipt number type, should be sent a 'membership due to expire' email with a link to their paypal account. You should be able to easily automate and or do these requirements easily and quickly. I have done the required tasks by hand and have been able to do so for 3-4 sites per day.
