GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS & RELIABILITY. Since you are working remotely (aside from a weekly meeting), most of our communication will be via IM and email. We need someone who can send a short email status report/update every couple days so we know what is happening.

We need someone who is reliable and available on a System Admin level to troubleshoot any emergencies with the system (they rarely occur) - this is a key facet of the position. Solid PHP/MySQL skills - plus SERVER MANAGEMENT:

Not looking for newbies or those who have never worked on a good sized site project before or are learning these things as they go... we need some one who knows what they are doing already.

Work days, nights, or weekends - your choice - from your home.
