Hi E-Commerce users and devs

I have updated http://groups.drupal.org/node/2979

If you didn't know, this is where I occasionally provide an update to show how the E-Commerce issues queue is going. Thanks largely to gordonh and brmassa, this has been stable over the last couple of months at about 21-22 pages (420+ issues).

Helping with E-Commerce is extremely hard as there is a LOT of code and a BIG queue, but any help is greatly appreciated, even just closing simple support requests.

Any which way, thanks for reading and being a part of E-Commerce :)

update status #3

Guys,

As simon wrote, we have a big quewe the overall status can be obtained in http://drupal.org/project/issues/statistics/ecommerce but a more detailed can be obtained on http://groups.drupal.org/node/2979 (thanks to simon). If you preffer to compair to other modules, go to http://drupal.org/project/issues/statistics.

As you can see, there is a lot to do. But we can prioritize: get the "need review", specially from store, file, product, paypal, file or ec_recurring submodules. Many are so old that is already fixed, many are replicated and many just need a "ready to be commited", since the patch is fully functional.

I dont know what we should do with issues regarding old modules that will be removed from ecommerce.

regards,

massa

EC4 fixes

Guys,

im trying to fix many of the bugs listed on queue. But im applying only on EC4, according my deal with gordon.
On every fix, im marking the issue as "Patch to be ported", even not having a patch.
We EC4 comes out, its going to be easy to mark them all as fixed.

cheers,

massa

OK. I will make it a point

OK. I will make it a point to try and review your "to be ported" issues and apply to V3 where applicable.

100 issues!

Guys,

less than a month ago, simon posted there was about 420 issues. not its about 340! considering we had more than 30 new issues in the same period, we finished more and 100!

and im convinced when ec4 comes we will be able to close about 50 of them (paypal has been rewriten, taxes and flexichrage are getting merged, many modules will be deprecated). we will finally leave the second position on "most issued module" (http://drupal.org/project/issues/statistics) leting Views and possibly CCK behind!

its a great milestone once we are the biggest module on Drupal (bigger than drupal itself). and we deal with a very sensitive issue: money.

congrats to all!

massa
