Screenrecording w/audio support
recordmydesktop is easy to use and will encode the video file automatically to .ogg. You can select what window to record or you can specify the size your self. It features an easy to use graphical user interface.
On ubuntu(GTK):
sudo apt-get install gtk-recordmydesktop recordmydesktop
On kubuntu(QT):
sudo apt-get install krecordmydesktop recordmydesktop
Skype and Teamspeak

Download Skype v1.4 beta
install the binary package for your distrobution and you should be set.
Teamspeak
Download Teamspeak
After downloading the package, you need to extract it. Run the install shell script.
NOTE! sudo apt-get install aoss
Now run:
aoss /home/morphir/TeamSpeak2/teamspeakbinary
Most modern distros use alsa, that is why you need aoss to convert the oss (opens source sound) to alsa output/input.
VNC
To share your screen you need a VNC client. The server is provided by webavant and the dojo group.
sudo apt-get install x11vnc
