IRC cloaks
Please add your IRC nick and drupal.org user id below if you want a drupal IRC cloak and fall into one of these:
- Common sense (I.E. any well known member of the community for which cloak eligibility would be blatantly obvious)
- Have a cvs account
- Has at least two eligible people vouch for them
