Self-employed Drupal expert, UI/Graphic Designer | Southern California Startup

A talented designer is needed to design usability, workflow and action for an e-commerce website in alpha. This will be a consulting arrangement paid on a project/contract basis. An in-person meet and greet is required, and white board/brainstorm meetings would be done in-person and/or with gotomypc, and follow up conference calls would take place over skype or gtalk. Please have a completed customer portfolio and customer references ready for review. This role is ideal for a freelancer and firms interested to contribute design to a project.

Project objectives:
- utilize/leverage currently installed Drupal modules from alpha site
- design (usability, workflow, action) a market-ready site ("re-design") by synthesizing a fully realized Photoshop with every single page designed according to a unified concept
- hand-off design to offshore development team (requires clear and detailed instructions)
- theme: the offshore dev team will take that design and render it into a PHPtemplate
