BPO Canada Global Services Corporation (http://www.bpocanada.com) is looking for a Account Manager(One Position) to start immediately.

Job Description

• Strong client management and sales skills
• Work under guidance from sales director in Vancouver, BC and CEO. CEO is shortly moving to India for expansion.
• Co-ordinate Drupal and Ruby on Rails projects of clients with local designers, developers as well as a sizeable offshore team in India. ( Note : Our India team works 24x7 )
• Build partnerships with web development firms, hosting companies to tightly integrate with them and provide them installer profile solutions
• Manage sales cycle and client relationships for Drupal version upgrade projects of high traffic Drupal sites.
• Provide full service Drupal solutions to Clients - from hosted solutions, custom built solutions, hosting, infrastructure management, upgrades, SEO and training
• Work closely with community, non-profits and "Green" projects and build partnerships to help them get the best out of Drupal CMS.
• Provide constructive feedback to Senior Management and Business Development team in Vancouver and India to enhance Company’s brand image.
• Work with CEO to help in expansion in other countries.
• Negligible / No Travel - can work from home.

Must

• Sofware services background ( Bachelors degree in Computers / IT preferred ).
• Management experience preferred.
• Upselling skills.
