Palantir is a small but growing Web development firm on Chicago's north side seeking smart and talented Web developers and interactin interaction to help build Drupal-based web sites and web-based applications for a variety of clients, including educational, cultural, and not-for-profit institutions. We also have Nerf guns. And a Wii.

Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience designing and building Web sites using clean, standards-compliant DIV and CSS-based layout, as well as a bachelor's degree in a design or communications-related field. The position will consist largely of developing and implementing themes using Drupal, so some familiarity with PHP is also a plus.

We work mostly with Drupal or Serena Collage, although we do have some non-Drupal projects or small static sites as well. Prior experience with Drupal is a major plus. If we recognize you by your work in the Drupal community, that's an even bigger plus.

We are willing to consider telecommuters on a contract basis, but prefer that full-time team members work on-site.
