Any suggestion on using Consultant to assist Drupal Web Project?

Hi, I just join the Sillicon Valley User Group, exciting!

Our organization is trying to get some help from consultant to assist out internal web project using Drupal 6, I just wonder is there any organization have some experience to share? Any recommendation on the consultant ?

Our company is located on San Jose, CA.
