Are you a creative video guru ready to put together some awesome footage to promote our wicked trips? If so this might be the gig for you! This position is for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of creating fresh videos out of existing footage. This includes compiling/editing current clips and creating a final product of shots from raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects and graphics.
We are looking for a Video Editor that is ready to work with our incredible team on a project basis. Ideally you would work from our head office which is centrally located downtown Toronto in a vibrant and inspiring space that we know you will enjoy coming to.
We want someone who will take charge take charge of our current and future video projects and make them shine. As Video Editor you must have a strong understanding of all aspects of digital technology and use it to capture S-Trip’s youth-centric product and brand. We are looking for cutting-edge and creative ideas that will define our company and set us apart from other boring Corporations. You should have an advanced knowledge of video editing software, a strong sense of design and the ability to learn new things on the fly. If this sounds like your kind of job, get in touch with us!
Skills
• Good experience in digital non-linear editing software like AVID Xpress / Final Cut Pro
• Stong flash background and skill set
• Knowledge of various analog and digital output and storage formats
• Should have good working experience on a PC platform
• Should have a creative show reel
• Detail-oriented and hard working
• Team oriented and technical problem-solving abilities
Education
College or University Diploma
