S-Trip! is a leading niche travel company with an energetic and enthusiastic corporate culture. We organize unique and innovative tours to a variety of destinations while providing customized packages and inclusions for High School and University students. We want a hot website and need your help!

Are you a professional with a talent for making cutting edge websites and web applications? If so this might be the gig for you! This position is for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of developing wicked websites to support our awesome trips.

We are looking for a Web Developer that is ready to work with our incredible team on a full-time basis. Ideally you would work from our head office which is centrally located downtown Toronto in a vibrant and inspiring space that we know you will enjoy coming to every day.

We want someone who will take charge of our current website and to produce future sites that capture S-Trip!’s youth-centric product and brand. Cutting-edge and creative ideas that will define our company and set us apart from other boring corporations is what we are in search for. Skills
MVC - Model View Controller
CSS
PHP 5 or higher
Drupal or other CMS
VIM - Command line editing
MySQL queries from scratch not using editor
LAMP experience
Source Control using Subversion
API and web services
SOAP

Education
College or University Degree in Computer or Software Engineering

Work Ethic
Good communication skills are always key to getting great projects done.
You should have good coding habits. Keeping it clean and always subversioning.
Being able to constructively criticize and find solutions is key.

Your work
Selected candidates will be asked to complete a test of their skills and asked to show examples of your work.
