It's been predicted that the mobile device will surpass the PC as the primary method of accessing websites in the next 3 years. How do we address this as Drupal users and developers? That's what we'll be talking about this month. Since we are not experts in this arena, we're especially interested in anyone who has experience with mobile web development and its issues -- especially if that experience is related to Drupal. Please sign up and let us know if you have something specific you can share. We'll try to cobble together some resources as well as a case study or two to prime the discussion pump.
As always favorite beverages are welcome.
Location:
Advantage Labs Offices in the IATP Building

Come around back. The entrance to the meeting room faces the parking lot. We'll let you in.

Looking for info for mobile discussion Wednesday evening
In prep for Wednesday evening's discussion on Drupal and mobile, does anyone know of good resources, case studies, etc. they'd be willing to share or at least provide info about in advance? Feel free to post them as a comment on the event notice. Thanks!

Drupalcamp?
If there's the intention to have a DrupalCamp some time in the winter then we're going to need to start planning.
Some details
Two pages of details to memorize:
An EXCELLENT idea
I'm all for front loading a discussion about this at tonight's meeting (which is in less than an hour). If it takes up a significant amount of time, we could postpone the mobile discussion to another month. This would allow more prep and result in a better discussion...

:(
Not going to make it, wife isn't feeling better yet and I'm not leaving her at home on her one with our two rambunctious kids. I'll find any additional details I have about FLDrupalCamp's internals and will post them.
