INDIVIDUAL STORES for media ecommerce | Personal
Hi guys
I have a group of artists that are promoted by one manager(me). I want them to sign up on the manager's site (a drupal core site) eg manager.com and be able to create their own music stores. eg http://manager.com/artist/tom, http://manager.com/artist/amy or http://artisttom.manager.com, http://artistamy.manager.com
The registration page should have two options
- artist
- fan
while registering a username should be chosen that will be the permanent url for the artist or fan
artists will have the "artist" before their name in the url
fans will have the "fan" before their name in the url
these urls will be permanent and cannot be altered
These individual stores will be selling downloads (music, videos, screen savers, ringtones) all media will have a preview, (audio & video with a 1 min clip; screen savers with a thumbnail)
Each artist will have their own paypal or payment gateway associated with their store, and a subdomain or url like manager.com/artistname or artistname.manager.com
Something like www.soundclick.com but much better
other optional features could inlcude, but not limited to ticket sales, interview sections, free downloads, etc

flexible though if demo is better than expected
