Drupal/PHP Developer/Engineer | FW Sports

Tech-focused, innovative chain of sports/exercise studios has an outstanding opportunity for a PHP/Drupal engineer/developer in our NYC location with some telecommuting required.
Ideal candidate has extensive experience in both Drupal and e-commerce applications. Candidate will be working with our Lead Drupal Engineer and business staff.

Required Experience:
Knowledge, working experience, and confidence in working with Drupal6.x, and PHP 5.x, and MySQL 5.x
2-4 years of experience:
• Drupal and software engineering experience using php
• MySQL, and database concepts
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with the following Drupal modules:
• Ubercart ecommerce system
• Views 2.x
• CCK

Familiarity with the Drupal web administration interface and common Drupal concepts. (Nodes, user accounts, etc.)
Experience creating custom Drupal modules to add, change or enhance existing features
Experience and confidence with Drupal theme layer
Detailed understanding of Drupal API, Hooks, Menu system, etc.

Experience developing complex, custom sites
Ability to switch tasks or multitask as project needs evolve
Good communication and collaboration skills

Desired Experience:

Previous experience with Authorize.net and in-depth understanding of connecting to a transaction service.
AJAX, JSON,
Version control experience a plus
Familiarity with common *nix concepts, such as cron tasks, file system commands
Both onsite and telecommuting required.
