Independent Site Evaluation (6 hours) | Confidential

Looking for an experienced Drupal developer who's built many sites before to provide an independent evaluation.

After hiring an outside consultant to develop a site in Drupal and Elgg, I'd like to get an independent evaluation from a knowledgeable Drupal developer before moving forward with the next phase of development.

Specifically, I'm interested in hearing from an objective and informed developer on the quality of the code and the architecture so far.

The deliverables should include a performance analysis to determine where most of the page loading occurs and what could be optimized. Also, I am looking for expert recommendations on what should be improved.

This person should have a strong portfolio of recent work and excellent, ready-to-call references.

We estimate the code review should take about 5 hours. We are operating on a lean budget but will provide cash payment (half upfront, half on satisfactory project completion). Followed up by a 1 hour in-person review of the findings at our offices in Cambridge.
