Senior PHP Developer | Provokateur
We are looking for a senior PHP developer to join us at Provokateur, the ethical communications agency based in Hampstead, North London. The role is permanent with an immediate start. Candidates should have the following:
Solid software engineering background (OO and development methodologies)
4+ years in LAMP environment
2+ years experience of Drupal and Wordpress platforms (experience of module/plugin and theme development essential)
Good Javascript knowledge (JQuery framework)
Ability to translate designs in Adobe CS to W3C standards-compliant (X)HTML/CSS
Outstanding attention to detail - clean code and precise design translation
Experience of concurrent development cycles
Passion for HTML5, CSS3 and other emerging web techniologies
Experience of social media APIs beneficial
Keen creative eye
*NIX server management a bonus
