I am looking for a drupal/lamp ninja to join my company as a technical director.

I have spent over a year developing a hot new website which is currently 98% and due to launch in a few weeks.

At this point I need to start taking more of a business orientated role and therefore need someone to carry on development, testing, debugging and performance tuning.

The initial few weeks/months will involve ensuring the current platform is 100% stable and bug free and should not consume a great deal of time. After this point, you will become involved with spearheading new initiatives and ideas on how to improve the site and its features.

The company itself is a vibrant and youthful arena which targets the 18-40's demographic. There are 3 parts to the company, the social networking site, a large range of merchandising/fashion ware and events management so there will be the opportunity to travel if you desire.

You must be highly qualified for this role and based in the UK, the personal qualities we want are hard-working, ambitious and creative.
