Homepage design and implementation | E-Learning Lab of Shanghai Jiao Tong University

The E-Learning Lab of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is looking for a developer/company to rebuild their existing homepage located at http://www.dlc.sjtu.edu.cn/2007/index.htm in Drupal.
Work includes

• Developing a design and structure based on the original site, but modernized
• Setting up the site using existing texts (no authoring needed, but proofreading of the given texts would be appreciated)
• Training of SJTU staff to enable further maintenance (Chinese & English language skills are of advantage)

We have no preference regarding a hosted site or SJTU installation.

The work can start immediately.

As a technological leader in the field of technology-enhanced learning, we want to illustrate our technological competence also on our Web site. Thus, we want to make use of the Semantic Web features of Drupal 7. Suggestions how to best do so would be appreciated.
