Drupal Website Implementation/Customization | Deeper Design

I need assistance in the configuration, customization & theming of a Drupal 5.x installation to replace an existing website.

The existing website is www.autosupply.co.jp. The Drupal powered replacement for this site needs to duplicate all of the functionality of the current site and in addition also needs to provide reliable & customizable email marketing/newsletter system. The marketing system would preferably be based on existing Drupal plugins.

I believe that all of this functionality should be able to be provided using out of the box Drupal features or plugins however there may be some need for custom PHP or Drupal plugin development.

I do not require, hosting or graphic design services. But will require that an existing graphic design be adapted into a Drupal theme. All the functional requirements of the site will be met before the theme is applied.

Applicants should have previous experience with deploying at least two Drupal powered sites with similar feature sets. Showing good knowledge of subversion would also be a plus. Being based in Melbourne would also be a plus.
