DRUPAL DEVELOPER

The QED Group LLC, (QED) may have need for an experienced Drupal developer and themer who can build content management and social networking websites to support U.S. government clients and projects. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience with Drupal and proven proficiency with HTML/CSS, PHP, and MYSQL.

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience (1-2 years experience specifically with Drupal) developing websites with demonstrable experience through the full life-cycle of web development.
• Must be proficient in hand-coding and debugging HTML / CSS code and have some experience with PHP programming.
• Significant experience theming Drupal sites, including enough Photoshop ability to develop from PSDs.
• Working knowledge of Views, Panels, Taxonomy, OG, and other common Drupal modules. Experience working with Acquia Drupal a plus.
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Front-end, user-experience development (ex. jquery, AJAX, etc.) a strong plus.
• Experience working with contractors and other developers, including familiarity with version control systems (ex. subversion or git).
• Experience developing 508 compliant websites or prior experience working with the U.S. government a strong plus.
