Drupal designer (front end) | New Voluntary Non-Profit

Please, we need help with the front end design of a new international volunteering site. The backend is pretty much set, but we've just not been lucky finding the right person for the front end design. The project is way past deadline, so we really want to have this done. We are thinking that with the right skills, this design project shouldn't be more than 2 weeks, at the rate of 2 - 3hrs/day.
